Complaint to Scottsdale Gun Club

I sent a letter of complaint to the Scottsdale Gun Club:

I’m supposed to get a free machine gun rental on my birthday but, for various reasons, wasn’t able to go that day. On subsequent attempts, they turned me down because it wasn’t my birthday even though I hadn’t used it. Yeah, I know, “Rules are rules.” I shouldn’t complain but, gee, how hard can it be to give each member a card and then punch a hole when they use one of their freebies. Is that hard?

Addendum: Months have passed and there’s never been any reply. Whatever happened to “the customer is always right”?
