In no particular order, here they are. Leftover dust from walnut shell cleaner does not seem to be a problem (other than in the primer tube).

But neither of these is how it started. The original barrel was 7" long and had a Keng rear sight.
I fired 120 rounds late today in the wad gun and had no light strikes.
I think I’ve got it! Or rather I should say that I think Don Plante figured it out.

On-hand, I had five categories: brand new Starline, once-fired Remington, two flavors of “a few firings” (Winchester and Starline), and my practice brass that’s been fired and reloaded a dozen or so times.
