Bullseye

I’m an “Expert Outdoors” shooter.

So far.

But they say they’re like Accidental Discharges: If you haven’t had one yet, just wait.

Had more good targets than bad. Three pasters for the 900 - I’m saving money on those (finally).

I was shaving in the mirror when that happened. Looking up, I saw my right eye move. It had looked off to the side for a moment but then came back to the mirror an instant later. I had no idea what it had seen nor why it had looked over there.

A month ago – the last time I was at the range – I noticed that my wad gun shots were all hitting the target about 1-2" to the left of where I thought they should be. This may be a sign that the shooter’s trigger finger is in the wrong spot and, when the sear breaks from the hammer hooks, the trigger finger is pushing the muzzle left (or right) a fraction of a second before the bang.

Any reloaders try these products yet? I’m interested in the stainless steel media. See http://www.stainlesstumblingmedia.com for products - I’m thinking about the 5 lbs of media and, other than washing it occasionally to remove the dust, it should last forever. (But note they say it will not work in vibratory cleaners. You must tumble.)

A little math can get you in the ballpark very quickly.

Here are three (3) Youtube videos on small arms from the US Army. (Scroll down to see all three.)
