Worn-out Brass

One pass, fourteen fail and 985 to go. Cleaned for an extra hour to reach a semblance of shiney, this old brass sat in someone’s to-be-reloaded pile for years slowly growing cruft.
"If you can't sing it, then you haven't cried enough.
She’s 100%. That’s 100% in function, appearance, parts and on the target.
But it has a problem. The summit, at 7800-odd feet, is higher than any other mountain for dozens of miles.
Long Gun

I bought my first long gun Saturday. I was looking for something appropriate on which to teach our youngest granddaughter who is nearing the point where she’s mature enough – with supervision – to learn to shoot a firearm.
On the evening before the last day of class in South Korea, the sales guy from the company I work for took all of us out for dinner.
Is it one? Zero? Many? I’ve asked a number of shooters what’s going on inside their head when they shoot.
The “limit” of the speed of light is an observational, or relative to something else, limit.
